Online participation

**If you have registered as an online delegate and have not received an email with Zoom joining details, please let us know at julianofnorwichconference@gmail.com ASAP.**

If you’re not able to join us in person at Somerville College, we have the option of online attendance via livestream. Our keynote session will be recorded and available to delegates for later viewing.

If you’ll be joining us from outside the UK, remember that we will be on British Summer Time and calculate your relative time zone accordingly!

Online attendees will be able to listen and ask questions during discussion segments. We will also have zoom coffee rooms open during the breaks in the programme (excluding lunch), so that online attendees can chat and network.

Zoom Housekeeping

May we remind you to sign in with the name you registered with, or to change it immediately upon entry into the Zoom room, as we will only allow those who have registered as online delegates to attend the conference. We recommend that you keep your video off during presentations and turn it on when asking questions for bandwidth reasons. For everyone to have a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience throughout the conference, we ask that you show respect and cordiality in your interactions with others in the chat and in the coffee rooms. We will not tolerate any bullying or disrespect towards other delegates.

“Cell”, the new one-woman play which will premiere at the close of the conference on Saturday 16th July, will also be livestreamed.
